1 Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky delivered his State of the City address last night to a large crowd at Nevins Hall in the Memorial Building.

In attendance was Senate President Karen Spilka, all four Framingham state representatives, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan, Superintendent of schools Bob Tremblay, City Council Chair Phil Ottaviani Jr. and 9 other City Councilors, and a majority of the School Committee members.

SOURCE requested a copy of the speech yesterday from the Public Information Officer, and will publish it.

2. The National Weather Service said an arctic chill is coming on Thursday and will last into Saturday afternoon. Wind chills could be extreme and power outages are possible.

3. Framingham School Committee is expected to discuss the proposed 2023-24 school calendar tonight, which includes new late start days.
