BOSTON – The National Weather Service is forecasting another storm for Wednesday into Thursday for MetroWest.

Yesterday’s storm delivered about 3-4 inches of snow for the region.

And there is another storm coming very soon.

Snow is likely after 4 p.m. Wednesday. Chance of snow is 60%.

Forecast is for a total of another 2 to 4 inches of snow, but there is good news.

After midnight on Thursday, the snow will turn to rain as the temperatures rise.

Rain will continue through the commute on Thursday, and temperatures could reach 49 degrees on Thursday afternoon, melting all this snow away.

Forecast also calls for Southwest winds at 8 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph on Thursday.
