FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested yesterday a Leominster man in Framingham with a vehicle stolen out of Leominster.
“Dispatch received information that it was pinging” at this location.” at 405 Cochituate Road in Framingham, said Framingham Police.
Around 11:15 a.m. on January 17, Officers responded and observed a man sitting in the drivers seat of the stolen vehicle, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

After a brief investigation he was placed under arrest, said Lt. Mickens.
Arrested at 12:17 p.m. was Chris N. Kouadio, 20, of 482 North main Street of Leominster.
He was charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle.
