FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham High boys hockey team defeated the Warriors of Brookline High yesterday, January 7 at Loring Arena.

The Warriors took the early lead with a goal with 9:35 left in the first period. Brookline scored another goal 3 minutes later to take a 2-0 lead.

Davin Nichols got the Flyers on the scoreboard, but the Warriors had a 2-1 lead after the first period.

The score remained 2-1 Brookline after two periods.

Assistant captain Noah Albright tied the game in the third period.

Brendan Peck had the game-winning goal to give the Flyers a 3-2 lead.

Albright, with his second goal in the third period, made it 4-2 flyers.

The Warriors took a timeout with 43 seconds remaining in the game, but the Flyers get the win.

Albright had two goals and an assist and was named player of the game by his coach.

Peck had a goal and two assists in the win.

Jeremy Auren had three assists in the victory.

Framingham remains undefeated in the Bay State Conference at 4-0.

Framingham is 5-2 overall, under head coach Dan Riva.
