FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police charged 4 individuals with breaking & entering after they were found inside an apartment in downtown Framingham.

Police were called to Irving Square Apartments at 75 Irving Street at 8;37 a.m. on November 22.

“Management notified police that several individuals were inside of an apartment without permission,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens. “The resident was not home at the time.”

“Four individuals were located inside and arrested for breaking and entering and trespassing,” said Lt. Mickens.

“There was damage to the front door,” added the Police spokesperson.

Sheremet had ten warrants.  Five warrants out of Framingham, two for shoplifting, two for drug possession class A/B, and one for larceny of a motor vehicle.  She also had warrants out of Northborough, Westborough, Milford, Holliston and Wellesley. 

Police arrested at 9:41 a.m. Vilfredo Chambers, 59, with no known address. She was charged with breaking & entering (misdemeanor) and trespassing.

Police arrested at 10:19 a.m. Jennifer Germain, 47, of Natick, but with no known address. She was charged with breaking & entering (misdemeanor) and trespassing.

Police arrested at 9:58 a.m. Anthony Roache, 32, with no known address. He was charged with breaking & entering (misdemeanor) and trespassing. Roache was also charged with two warrants out of the City of Quincy, said Lt. Mickens.

Police arrested at 9:52 a.m. Maryann Sheremet, 27, of 349 Hollis Street of Framingham. She was charged with breaking & entering (misdemeanor) and trespassing. Sheremet has 10 warrants, said Lt, Mickens.

“Five warrants out of Framingham, two for shoplifting, two for drug possession class A/B, and one for larceny of a motor vehicle.  She also had warrants out of Northborough, Westborough, Milford, Holliston and Wellesley,” said Lt, Mickens.
