FRAMINGHAM – Margaret “Ma” (Ferigno) Fedolfi, age 100, of Framingham, died, November 9,2022 at her home with her family at her side.

Born in Milford on November 3, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Josephine (Lepreste) Ferigno. 

Margaret was wife of the late Joseph Fedolfi Jr. who died in 1980.

Raised in a household that consisted of 10 people her mother, father, grandfather, aunt, several uncles, two brothers and one sister. Having said many times that, it was a happy home and everyone got along just fine. 

In her early teens she worked at McClennan’s store in Milford and at 18 she went to work at Milford Shoe Factory to help support the family.

Married at 25, raised her family with the guiding hand of love and affection, she then became a caring and loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. 

When her children were of school age she went to work for many years at the D & F apron factory being the runner for all the seamstresses supplying them with all the materials they would need throughout the day. She was known far and wide for her cooking and baking skills. Being able to take simple ingredients and making a meal that a professional chef would envy. Always supplying any party she went to with unbelievable pastries with enough for everyone to take home in doggie bags.

When her children were growing up all the kids in the neighborhood would come by when she was making her one of a kind crispy oatmeal cookies. Words cannot describe her culinary talents.  She retired in her early sixties to become her ailing mother’s caretaker. 

She loved to go cruising with her longtime friends and neighbors Ray and Loretta Guardiani going on many excursions. When Ray passed Loretta took over driving duties and there was no stopping them.

A long time parishioner of St Tarcisius Parish and active member helping out at many functions and was also a member of the K of C Bells. 

She was mother of the late Nancy Fedolfi, mother of Ann Bevilacqua, Peter and his wife Kathy (Crane) Fedolfi Grandmother to Tony Bevilacqua and his longtime girlfriend Jessica Burgess, Robyn and her wife Kristen Peccilacqua and Great Grandmother to Alexandra Peccilacqua. She was sister to the late Benny and his wife Francis Ferigno the late Anthony Ferigno and surviving  wife Evelyn, the late Mary (Ferigno ) and husband Larry Diana. She had Many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins and close friends that became family like  Kathy Zillioli.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 10 a.m., St. Tarcisius Church, 562 Waverly Street, Framingham. Burial following at St. Tarcisius Cemetery, Winthrop Street, Framingham.

Visiting hours will be Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 1-3 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 53 Beech Street, (corner of Union Ave.) Framingham.
