FRAMINGHAM – A Festival of Lights celebration was held Saturday afternoon at the main Framingham Library.

Organized by Dhruba Sen and Welcoming Framingham, the event features dancing, speeches, food, and Rangoli, traditional Indian sand art.

City of Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky with First Lady Robin Kaye, City Council Chair Phil Ottaviani Jr. and School Committee Vice Chair Jessica Stefanini were in attendance and spoke briefly.
