FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man on a drug distribution charge and with a stolen gun out of Rhode Island, yesterday, November 2.

A police officer stopped a motor vehicle at Route 135 and Fountain Street at 12:54 a.m.

The driver was found to be operating a motor vehicle with no inspection sticker, and with outa license, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Police arrested Francis C. Greeley, 42, of 30 Audrea Road of Framingham

Greeley was “found in possession of a substance consistent with cocaine,” said Lt.Mickens.

It was estimated about 12 grams of the drug, said police.

“A Glock was found in the vehicle along with ammunition,” said Lt. Mickens.

“Firearm came back as stolen out of Rhode Island,” said Lt. Mickens.

Greeley does not have a license to carry a gun, said the police spokesperson.

Greeley was arrested and charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition with out a license, receiving stolen property over $1,200 (gun), improper storage of a firearm, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker.
