FRAMINGHAM – Senate President Karen Spilka hosted her annual senior health & wellness fair at Keefe Technical High School this morning, October 22.

More than 200 seniors registered for the annual event, which was back in person this year.

The Latino Health Insurance Program in Framingham was providing free COVID-19 vaccines and boosters at the fair.

MetroWest Health Pharmacy also was providing free COVID-19 vaccines and booster shots at the fair, as well as free flu shots for those 55-plus.

Members of the MetroWest Pharmacy are pictured here with Senator Karen Spilka (D-Ashland), who represents MetroWest, including Ashland, Framingham, & Natick.

The event featured workshops, vendors booths, as well as breakfast & lunch.

SOURCE will have more photos and a report from the event on Sunday.
