FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police said one teen was injured in a fight involving “several juveniles” yesterday, October 13.

The fight happened at 151 Beaver Street at 3 p.m.

“One male was injured” and transported to MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham.

Police did not say if this fight was related to why there was extra police at Framingham High today, October 14.

Police did confirm the extra patrols at the Framingham High today.

Just after 7 a.m., the interim high school principal sent this to families “There was an issue with a handful of students yesterday afternoon that occurred after school and off school grounds. While we do not anticipate any issues, we have proactively partnered with FPD to have an increased School Resource Officer presence on campus today.”

The police spokesperson said there were no incidents at the high school today, October 14.

Framingham Police said the fight is under investigation, so no other details were released.
