LEXINGTON – The Framingham State women’s soccer team was defeated by Lesley in non-conference action Wednesday evening. at Minuteman Field in Lexington.

The final score was 3-0 Lynx.

Framingham State now falls to 2-10-1 overall.

Lesley improves to 5-7 overall.

HOW IT HAPPENED: 

  • Abby Kalou opened the scoring for Lesley in the 13th minute with an assist from Lauren Rudolph.  
  • The game stayed 1-0 for most of the game until Chase Livesey and Kylie Chagnon scored goals in the 76th and 79th minutes to reach the final margin.  
  • Jetta Oskirko made ten saves in net for the Rams. Lauren Lacy and Audrey Calhoun teamed up for the shutout in net for the Lynx.  
  • The Lynx defense held the Rams to just one shot on the night while they rattled off 25.  

The Rams return to action on Friday evening when they travel to Mass. Maritime for a 7 p.m. MASCAC tilt.
