FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man was arrested on multiple motor vehicle charges and outstanding warrants yesterday morning, August 10.

Police arrested on Concord Street at 8:13 a.m. Gustavo Nogueira, 29, of 18 Centennial Place of Framingham.

He was charged on two outstanding warrant, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating a uninsured vehicle.

“Operator was unlicensed, vehicle was unregistered and uninsured,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Police said Nogueira also had a warrant out Framingham Police for motor vehicle charges, and a warrant out of Bolton Police.
