FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested two men after a motor vehicle stop at 3:33 a.m. on Monday, August 8.

Police pulled over a vehicle at Frederick and Concord Streets and arrested Melvin Landaverde, 35, of 66 Pearl Street of Framingham.

“Landaverde was operating without a license,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens. He was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

“His passenger was yelling and belligerent during the stop,” said Lt. Mickens.

Police also arrested Jesus Depaz-Perez, 29, of 25 Elizabeth Circle of Framingham.

“He was arrested for disorderly, resisting arrest and also charged for vandalizing the cell with bodily fluids,” said Lt. Mickens.
