FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man was arrested on Sunday night after he exposed himself to an adult female and drivers in traffic in downtown Framingham, said Police.

Police arrested Thomas Galvin, 59, with no known address published in the police log.

Galvin was charged with lewdness, open & gross., a felony.

“Galvin pulled pants down exposing genitals to bystanders,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.

The incident was reported by an adult female.

He was arrested just after 8 p.m. on Sunday on Irving Street.

Police said Galvin also faced towards vehicles in traffic exposing his genitals.
