FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham woman, 45, and charged her with assault & battery with a dangerous weapon.

Police were called to 208 Waverley Street yesterday, August 4.

At 4:22 p.m. police arrested Myrnay Rosario, 45, of Framingham.

She was charged with assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, said police.

“Rosario had an argument with another female.  Rosario kicked the woman with a shod foot during the incident,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

“The parties are known to each other,” said Lt. Mickens.

No one was injured.
