FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man on a charge of indecent assault & battery on a child on Monday, August 1.
Arrested at 6:40 p.m. was Rodrigo Silva, 40, of 6 Greenview Street of Framingham. He was arrested at his residence.
He was charged with indecent assault & battery on a child under age 14.

The victim and the Silva are known to each other, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.
Police said they could not release any other information at this time.
