FRAMINGHAM – A man crossing Route 9 was struck last night, July 26.
The man, 44, was crossing Route 9 on the westbound side, near Caldor Road, when he was hit around 9:30 p.m.
Police said the man was not in the crosswalk when he was hit.

The vehicle was traveling at low speed, said Framingham Deputy Police Chief Victor Pereira.
The driver did stop, said the Deputy Chief.
The man complained of leg pain and was transported to the hospital, said police.
No citation was issued to the driver, said the Deputy Police Chief.
