NASHUA, NEW HAMPSHIRE – Jacqueline “Jacqui” A. Theriaque, age 78, of Nashua, NH, died, Thursday, July 14, 2022.

Born in Waltham, MA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Constance (Rigoli) Magazu

She is survived by her son Robert Theriaque, his wife Abby, and two grandchildren, Archer Eldon and Phoebe Vienna, of Somers, CT, and by her siblings, Rosa Tevelin and her husband Robert of Framingham, MA Thomas Magazu and his wife Rhonda of Fitchburg, MA, Victoria Magazu of Bangor, ME

Jacqui was a teacher for many years in the Natick, MA, Merrimack, NH, and Nashua, NH School Systems. Her competence as a teacher was unquestionable. Her dedication to her students resulted in many success stories. She was patient, caring and flexible. Her students always enjoyed attending her classes and being in her classroom.

Jacqui, had many more accomplishments that contributed to her success as a teacher. To name a few: Developmental Reading, Latin, and French. She was appointed chair of the English and Reading Departments. She was the School Drama Coach, School Newspaper Advisor, After school writing workshops for the students, Workshops for Teacher Professional Development. She taught Sunday School at St. James Church in Merrimack and also developed the Sunday school curriculum. She was awarded many Certificates of Excellence as a result of her dedication inside and outside the classroom.

Funeral arrangements will be private and entrusted to the care of Norton Funeral Home in Framingham.
