FRAMINGHAM – Over the last several months, the City of Framingham has initiated the process of
redesigning the City website. As part of that redesign process, the City has put together a Website
Redesign Survey to solicit feedback from both residents and business owners. The purpose of the survey is to allow residents and business owners to share how they interact with the website, what information they use, and how they believe the website can be improved.

The survey will be hosted on the City’s current website (www.framinghamma.gov) and become available to the public starting Wednesday, July 20.

Residents and business owners will have three weeks to complete the survey, with it closing on Wednesday, August 10.

Each survey will be available in Portuguese, Spanish, and French. Those who would prefer the survey in another language can utilize the translation feature found on the top, righthand corner of the website. Those who wish to take the survey do have the option to submit their responses anonymously, should that be more comfortable.

“Our website is the biggest and best communication tool we have for residents, business owners, and
visitors to access information on essential City services and updates. I encourage all residents and
business owners to take part in the survey in order that we make changes that best serve their needs,”
said Mayor Sisitsky.
