FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested an Ashland teen, 19, yesterday, July 14 in connection with the double shooting at McDonald’s.
Arrested was Moises Bautista, 19, of Ashland was arrested yesterday, said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens. He was arrested at 1:58 p.m.
He will be arraigned today, July 15 on the following charges: assault & battery with firearm, possession of firearm while committing felony, carrying firearm without license, and discharge firearm within 500 feet of building.
Lt. Mickens said investigators are still in the process of conducting interviews and have not determined if others were involved or will be arrested in connection to the shooting at the McDonald’s drive thru in which two people were injured.
“There was a firearm recovered yesterday from Learned’s Pond that is believed to be connected to this incident. Ballistic testing will still need to be done,’ said Lt. Mickens to SOURCE.

Two teens were shot at the 24-hour McDonald’s in Framingham overnight on July 14.
The 9-1-1 call came in at 12:45 a.m. for the shooting at the drive-thru at the McDonald’s on Route 30, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.
On teen, 18, was shot in the chest and was transported to Tufts Medical Center in Boston, said Lt. Mickens.
One teen, 19, was shot in the leg and transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, said Lt. Mickens.
Both teens have non life threatening injuries.
