Framingham Police Arrest Man Who Was Speeding on Wrong-Side of Road
FRAMINGHAM – A Worcester man, with no license, no insurance, and no registration, was driving on the wrong side of the road and speeding on Framingham streets on Wednesday, July 13, according to Framingham Police.
An officer observed the driver speeding and traveling on the wrong side road while passing another vehicle, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.
“He was stopped and had a revoked registration, no insurance, and was operating without a license. He was placed under arrest,” said Lt Mickens.
Arrested at 7:27 a.m. at 143 Leland Street in Framingham was Danilo Esteves-Rocha, 23, of 41 Cutler Street in Worcester.
He was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, speeding, marked lanes violation, reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
