FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police are investigating a “cement brick” thrown through a downtown Framingham business window around 3:35 a.m. on Thursday, June 23.

The Rent-A-Center window at 19 Concord Street was shattered, said police.

Police officers were notified of the incident by the store’s alarms.

Police searched the store and no one was inside when they arrived, said Police.

Police found a ripped open PlayStation5 box inside the store, but store management told Police it was a display and that there was no unit inside the box.

Management told Police nothing appeared to be stolen.

Police have no suspects at this time for the vandalism.
