Dunning Principal To ‘Supervise’ Both Dunning and Stapleton Elementary To Start 2022-23 School Year

FRAMINGHAM – Dunning Elementary School Principal Michele Schecter will “supervise” both Dunning Elementary School and Stapleton Elementary School, which the Stapleton Principal is out on “maternity leave.”

Stapleton Elementary principal Sara Yuen will be on maternity leave to start the 2022-23 school year, the Dunning Principal informed Dunning families tonight, June 22.

While she is on maternity leave, the school’s two vice principals Lisa DiDonato and newly-hired Megan Kasala-Hallinan will be under the direction of Dunning Principal Schecter.

Principal Schecter told Dunning families she would be at each school for 2.5 days a week.

Hired in April of 2021, this was Yuen’s first year as Principal at Stapleton Elementary School.

Former Superintendent of Schools Stacey Scott names Schecter Dunning Principal in spring of 2015. Her first school year was 2015-2016.
