FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham High baseball team shut out Lynn English High at Bowditch Field today, June 4 in an opening round MIAA Division 1 playoff game.
The Flyers won 9-0.
The Flyers are seeded 24th in the MIAA Division 1 tournament, which had 43 teams making the playoff cut.
Sophomore JJ Blanchard gave up just two hits in the game.
Framingham will now play the #9 seed Bridgewater-Raynham High.
The game will be Monday, June 6 at 5 p.m. at BR High.
