FRAMINGHAM – The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) announced overnight construction operations will take place at the Route 9 eastbound ramps to and from Route 126 southbound in Framingham.
During the work, the following temporary ramp closures will be in place:
- Overnight on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, the Route 126 southbound on-ramp to Route 9 eastbound in Framingham will be closed between the hours of 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.. the following morning. Traffic traveling on Route 126 southbound will be directed to follow the detour signage in place and use the Concord Street on-ramp to access Route 9 eastbound.

- Overnight on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, the Route 9 eastbound off-ramp to Route 126 southbound in Framingham will be closed between the hours of9 p.m. to 5 a.m.. the following morning. Traffic traveling on Route 9 eastbound will be directed to use the Concord Street off-ramp and follow the signage in place to access Route 126.
Appropriate signage, law enforcement details, and messaging will be in place to guide drivers through the work area.
Drivers who are traveling through the affected areas should reduce speed and use caution.
