FRAMINGHAM – On National Senior Health & Fitness Day, the MetroWest YMCA in Framingham held a senior health & wellness fair with several community partners, including the Callahan Center and the Framingham Public Library.
This is the 29th year of the National Senior Health & Fitness Day, which is today, May 25.
The Learning Center for the Deaf in Framingham had a table to talk about its auditory clinic and hearing aids.
Massachusetts Association for the Visually Impaired and Blind also had a table at the event.
The MetroWest YMCA served lunch to all attendees.
Attendees could also visit the Framingham Public Library bookmobile and check out books, DVDs, and get seeds to plant in their garden, when they left.
