Framingham Man Charged With Assault & Battery on Police Officers & Witness Intimidation

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham Man Sunday night, while responding to a report of a fight progress.

While attempting to investigate the fight, Jose A Zayas began physically fighting with officers, explained Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.

The officers were not injured.

Zayas, 35, of 35 Queens Way of Framingham was charged with 2 counts of assault & battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and witness intimation at 11:41 p.m. on March 27.
