FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Public Library’s Tea & Talk Tuesday series will focus on stress solutions on Tuesday, March 29.

The perpetual ringing of the stress alarm may have resulted in a sensitized stress response system; our own grasp on stress may have shifted. What felt tolerable before may completely set us off now. How could we fix it? Could we activate our stress response to allow it to deactivate and return to baseline? What if we introduce manageable challenges in order to complete them?
