FRAMINGHAM – The 5-member Planning Board approved a permit to replace a modular office trailer with a double-wide trailer at 350 Irving Street at its last meeting on March 5.

Attorney Paul Galvani representing the applicants said the site is owned by NSTAR but it is leased to Landscape Depot to sell landscape materials.

Currently on the property is a 700-square foot trailer used for office space. The request was made to to the Planning Board to approve a new unit that is 1,500-square feet which would provide employees with more space, explained Galvani.

The property is about 18.86 acres but only some of the land is leased to Landscape Depot, which has operated on the site for 20 years.

Galvani said on January 12, the Framingham Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant the application. A decision was filed with the city clerk Jan 25 and recorded in the Registry of Deeds.
