MARLBOROUGH – A Marlborough office building has sold for $12 million.

The building at 313 Boston Post Road West on Route 20 sold for $12.1 million to Post Road Investments LLC.

The sale was recorded on February 11, according to the Middlesex County Registry of Deeds.

The seller was NV 313 Bpr LLC.

The 76,322-square-foot office building is a multi-tenant property with a recently renovated lobby.

There is an existing data center, and the building has a high-end fitness center with locker room and showers.
