BOSTON – The National Weather Service in Boston/Norton is forecasting a possibility of 60 degrees on Thursday, but that forecast also comes with a lot of rain and high winds.

Thursday, February 17 is forecasted at high near 60 with wind gusts as high as 30 miles per hour.

Rain arrived Thursday night, mainly after 9 p.m. Wind gusts could increase to 48 miles per hour.

Rain continues on Friday, before noon, with temperatures in the mid 50s.

Friday afternoon will be breezy, with a southwest wind 18 to 23 mph becoming northwest 11 to 16 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 46 mph.

Friday night is expected to be dry, clear and winds will reduce.

There is a possibility with power outages due to the winds.
