1 The Framingham City Council unanimously approved Keziah Franca as the City of Framingham’s Citizen Participation Officer.

2. Massachusetts changed its mask policy yesterday, but the City of Framingham still has a mask mandate in place for public indoor spaces.

  • Framingham City Council: Environment & Sustainability Subcommittee at 6 p.m.
  • Framingham School Committee at 7 p.m.
  • Framingham EDIC at 7 p.m.
  • Conservation Commission at 7 p.m.

4. FLYERS in action:

  • Senior night for the Framingham High boys ice hockey team at Loring Arena tonight. Puck drops at 7 p.m. for game against the Tigers of Newton North High.
  • Girls ice hockey team travels to Newton for a 6 p.m. game against the Tigers.

5. Christa McAuliffe Branch will hold a free screening of the movie Respect today at 2 p.m.

The movie starring Jennifer Hudson, follows the rise of Aretha Franklin’s career from a child singing in her father’s church’s choir to her international superstardom.
