FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police cited a driver in a weekend crash in the Coburnville-Tripoli neighborhood in the City of Framingham.

The crash happened at 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, February 12 at Bethany Road and Winthrop Street.

Two vehicles were involved in the crash at the 4-way stop intersection.

One driver was cited, said the Framingham Police spokesperson.

There were no injuries.

In 2019, there were 13 crashes at that intersection, placing it as one of the 10 worst intersections in the City. The Framingham Traffic Commission approved a four-way stop at the intersection

In 2020, there were four crashes at the intersection.

Last year, there were only two.
