FRAMINGHAM – Yesterday, it was almost 60 degrees and spring-like weather in MetroWest. Today, everyone is waking up to snow.

The early morning Sunday snowstorm is expected to deliver between between 2 and 5 inches of snow total, when it is over.

As of 9:30 a.m., Framingham has the most snow in the Commonwealth from this storm at 2.5 inches, according to the National Weather Service, tied with Wilmington.

But by the time the storm ended, South Bedford and Gloucester took the top spot at 4 inches each.

The National Weather Service uses trained spotters, media, Ham radio operators, and the general public to record snow totals.

A trained spotter in Natick recorded 2 inches of snow at 10:15 a.m.

Framingham’s final total was 2.5 inches at 9:37 a.m.

Ashland recorded 2 inches at 8:33 a.m.

Logan airport recorded 3.1 inches of snow at 1 p.m.

Worcester airport recorded 2.2 inches of snow at 4 p.m.
