Ashland Man Wins $1 Million Lottery Prize From Tripoli Convenience Store

FRAMINGHAM – Gerald Grant of Ashland has won a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “The Fastest Road to $1 Million” instant ticket game.

Grant bought his winning ticket at A.V.’s Market II located at 890 Waverly Street in the Tripoli neighborhood of Framingham, when he went there to buy a bottle of orange juice for his granddaughter. 

The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.

Grant chose the cash option for his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000, before taxes.
