FRAMINGHAM – The Christa McAuliffe Charter School reported a total of 30 positive COVID cases between January 6 and 13, according to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (DESE).

There were 26 students cases and 4 staff cases.

The previous week there were 34 total cases.

The grade 6-7-8 middle school is a regional public school located in Framingham.

The state requires the schools to report COVID positive students and staff.

The City of Framingham has seen a surge in COVID cases since the holidays.

The City of Framingham has more than 3,300 active cases of COVID.
