NATICK – Leonard E. “Len” Scholl, 87, of Natick passed away peacefully Tuesday January 4, 2022 surrounded by his family after a brief illness.

Born in Boston, to Eugene K and Mae (Lynch) Scholl.

Leonard grew up in the Somerville Area then settled in Medway and later in Natick.

In the 1960s Leonard was employed by Metal Bellows in Newton. Then spent 35+ years as a Truck Driver for Air Products & Chemicals.

In his retirement he also worked for Enterprise Car Rental. He was an avid boater, fisherman and scuba diver.

He took great joy in driving the Bus for St Joseph’s CYO Band in Medway then for BSA Troop 23 of Natick. He was a friendly, kind and witty man who will be missed by many.

Predeceased by his Wife of 44 years Dianne M (Morgner), his siblings Barbara LePage, Shirley J. Henderson and Thomas L. Scholl and former wife Nancy “Shirley” O’Donnell. Leonard is survived by his Children, Lori J. Scholl of Norfolk MA, Douglas Scholl and his wife Angela of Ramona CA and Stephanie M. Scholl of Natick. Brother of Kenneth (Loretta) Scholl of Maynard. Loving “Grampa” to Kyle Joseph, Mackenzie Mae and Julia Elise Rocheleau of Natick. Also survived by Leslie “Lou” Scholl, Lynn (Robert) Strider, Leonard (Teri)Scholl and their children.

At Leonard’s request there are no visiting hours and burial will be private.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leonard’s memory to a Hospice Center of your choice.
