FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Public Libraries are closed today, due to the snowstorm, but starting today, January 7, all library in-person programs and group activities are suspended until January 21 at midnight.

The decision was made by order of the Mayor, due to a COVID surge in the City since the holiday break.

The main Framingham Library and the Christa McAuliffe Branch Library will offer virtual programming via Zoom and live streaming during the two-week suspension of in-person programming.

The libraries are expected to re-open on Saturday, January 8.

Between now and January 21, both libraries will be open to patrons, but masks are required inside at all times.
