Marshfield Defeats Flyers in Opening Round of Pat Serio Cup

FRAMINGHAM – Marshfield High defeated Framingham High in the opening round of the Pat Serio MHL Cup at Loring Arena tonight.

The Rams won 4-1.

Flyers are now 1-1 on the season.

Marshfield sophomores Will Doherty and cam McGettrick eachs cored two goals.

Noah Albright had the lone goal for Framingham, assisted by Davin Nichols.

Framingham will play the loser of the Xaverian/Saint John’s Shrewsbury game tonight on Wednesday, December 29 at 5:15 p.m. at the Ice House in Canton.

The game was scheduled at Loring Arena but was changed earlier this week.
