FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man, found “asleep in his motor vehicle” yesterday, December 15 just before 2 a.m.
Officers were called for a well-being check at 73 Hollis Street for a motor vehicle, said the Framingham Police spokesperson.
Officers found the driver “asleep in his motor vehicle. He was determined to be operating under the influence of alcohol,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.
Police arrested Arturo Betancourth, 39, of 44 Hayes Street in Framingham.
He was charged on operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating motor vehicle with no driver’s license, and operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol.
“He also had a warrant out of Natick District Court,” said Lt. Mickens.
