FRAMINGHAM – For the 11th year, Exelon Power Corporation has donated hundreds of coats to students at Harmony grove Elementary School.

The coats were distributed to families in need in November through Operation warm.

Operation Warm is a national nonprofit that creates brand new, high-quality coats for children in need.

“Operation Warm believes a brand new coat is more than a coat, promoting self-esteem, school attendance and outdoor play,” according to OperationWarm.org

“With the help of teachers and support staff we were able to identify our most needy families who could benefit from a warm winter coat for their children” said the administration to Harmony grove families.
