FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham’s Chief Information Officer announced today, November 30, in a press release that the first-ever City of Framingham Mayor will give a farewell address in December.

Mayor Yvonne M. Spicer lost easily to Charlie Sisitsky on November 2, with the former District 1 City Councilor receiving 8,283 votes to Spicer’s 3,909

Mayor Spicer will deliver a farewell address on Government Channel and Zoom on
Thursday, December 16 from 7 to 8 p.m.

The public is invited to view.

Mayor Spicer’s final day of her 4-year term is December 31.

Earlier this month, Spicer declared December 31 to be a holiday and non-essential employees do not have to work.
