ALLSTON – Boston Bruins right wing David “Pasta” Pastrňák has teamed up with Stop & Shop to launch a limited edition penne pasta that will support pediatric cancer research and care at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund

Pastrňák is known by his fans as “Pasta” for his love of the dish – especially as pre-game fuel – and now, just in time for National Pasta Month and the start of the NHL season, fans will be able to make delicious pasta meals at home with his favorite food.

Available exclusively at select Stop & Shop store locations across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut while supplies last, the “Pasta Pasta” comes in a black and gold collectible box that features a photo of Pastrňák in his signature goalscoring stance — and retails for 88 cents in honor of his jersey number.

Stop & Shop is recognized as the largest corporate donor of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund, having provided more than $73 million over the last 30 years.
