City of Framingham offices and Framingham Public Schools are closed today

2. Rosh Hashanah begins at sundown today, September 6.

Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year and a time of inner renewal and divine atonement.

Some in the Jewish faith will observe it for one day and some for two days.

Temple Beth Am has services for the Jewish New Year & High Holidays.
