FRAMINGHAM – Tropical Storm Fred rolled through Framingham this morning, August 19, bringing a lot of rain.
Many roads were closed due to flash flooding.
Framingham Police shut down Route 9 and the intersection of Route 126 in both directions.
Conant Road had water up to mid-tire still this afternoon.
According to the National Weather Service, MetroWest had 2.66 inches of rain as of noon.
