FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested three individuals after responding to a report of a fight yesterday, Monday, August 16, that resulted in a vehicle window smashed by a baseball bat.

Around 11:30 p.m. police responded to Blandin Avenue for a “report of a fight.”

Officers located the individuals involved and determined that a baseball bat was used to break the windows to a motor vehicle, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Police arrested three individuals.

One individual was taken to MetroWest Medical Center for a head injury, said Lt. Mickens.

Arrested on Tuesday morning, just after midnight was:

Leonardo Cuellar, 18, of 39 Clinton Street. of Framingham. He was charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Thomas Reis, 21, of 457 Edmands Road of Framingham. He was charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Guillermo Diaz, 20, of 35 South Main Street of Milford. He was charged with possession of a Class B drug.

He was found “to be in possession of a bag of what appeared to be cocaine,” said Lt. Mickens.

The incident is still under investigation.
