“We are proud to support a candidate with such an extensive knowledge of Framingham.
Charlie knows the value of firefighters and the risks we take to keep our community safe. We’re
proud to endorse him to be the next mayor of Framingham. We agree wholeheartedly with Charlie’s vision for education, the environment, public safety, our seniors and infrastructure improvements, which all require urgent attention. We need a mayor who will truly listen to the
needs of their constituents and make every effort to move Framingham forward,” said Local 1652 President, Andrew Rokes.

“Firefighters save lives every day in Framingham and I am honored and grateful for their
support,” said mayoral candidate, Charlie Sisitsky. “I look forward to a very productive,
working relationship with the Framingham Firefighters’ Union. I will continue to support our first responders – always. Part of my job is to make sure our firefighters have the training and tools needed for each of them to perform their job, and I remain committed to that mission.”
The preliminary election will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, and the general city
election will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
