FRAMINGHAM – City of Framingham Mayor Yvonne Spicer and Raul Gonzalez from the Metropolitan Area Planning Council will discuss American Rescue Plan funding and the results of the ARPA survey which the City issued to better understand how residents wanted ARPA funds spent in Framingham on Tuesday, August 17.
Attendees will be able to pose questions during the hour via Zoom’s Chat function.
