Framingham Man, 28, Charged With Sexual Assault & Battery on Teen

FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man, 28, at Halstead Apartment on Friday, August 6 on an indecent sexual assault & battery charge.

Police arrested at 1:14 p.m. at his residence Eddie Bendolph, 28, of 1610 Worcester Road in Framingham. He was charged with indecent sexual assault & battery on an individual over age 14.

“The victim was a 15 year old” female teenage, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. rachel Mickens.

The victim and the man arrested are known to each other, said police.
