FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Senior Babe Ruth Baseball team is playing against Marlboro in the Central Massachusetts Senior Babe Ruth Championship starting tonight, August 2.

It is a best 2 out of 3 series.

The team is coached by Framingham High alumni Justin Brockway, Michael Rotchford, and Andrew Keane.

Framingham finished the regular season in second place with 8 wins and 4 losses, and had a bye for the first round of the playoffs.

Framingham beat Franklin in a best 2 out of 3 series to advance to the championship.

Players on our team are: Jeremy Auren, Josh Berman, Scooter Beverly, JJ Blanchard, Cody Coleman, Jace Coleman, Brandan Garcia, Joey MacDonald, Peter May, Lucas Messer, Jake Morse, Brian O’Donnell, Noah Pearlmann, Antonio Rivera, Luke Spring, Nick Spring, Nathan Thurber, and Lucas Tuttle.

Game 1 is tomorrow at Marlboro High.

Game 2 is at Bowditch on Tuesday, August 3.

Game 3 would be on Wednesday, August 4, at Marlboro High, if needed.
